Bedding, linens, dining, and kitchen supplies are included in the rental. Utilities to be paid by the tenant include propane, electricity, internet, snow removal. plus end of season cleaning ($400). Mid-season house cleaning is included in the rental fee. Trash removal by tenant - must take trash to town transfer station when departing on Sundays. Trash coupons will be provided by Owners. No smoking and no pets.
