Patrick and Pam purchased a weekend ski home in 2010 and rapidly fell in love with all things Vermont.  They became year-round weekend visitors, drawn to the beauty, pace, and people of Vermont, eventually choosing to make Mount Holly their permanent home in 2013.  Shortly after moving, Pam got her Vermont real estate license and convinced Patrick to do the same – forming the McLaughlin Team.

Patrick's extensive background in domestic and international sales and management has provided him with the knowledge and experience working with clients to ensure they receive premium service. He prides himself on great attention to detail and outstanding follow through. 

Pam began her real estate career in 1998 in Newtown, Connecticut receiving “Rookie of the Year” recognition in her first year! She established herself as one of Fairfield County Connecticut’s top producing agents, earning Chairman’s Elite status multiple times. Pam has developed long standing relationships with her clients often leading to lifelong friendship.

The McLaughlin Team have enjoyed becoming top producing agents in the Okemo Valley.  Volunteering and active in the community, Pam and Patrick enjoy outdoor activities including skiing, golfing and hiking as well as entertaining, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.  Their greatest joy is being Grammy and Pops to their 8 grandchildren!
