We chose this unit as it has a balcony to sit and enjoy the fresh Vermont air and just steps down the hall from the elevator. We were delightfully surprised to find out that our unit rents well as it is ADA accessible for wedding and other guests. The en suite bedroom has a King bed and master bath with jetted tub. The second bathroom has a shower with a seat. The living area has a queen murphy bed and pull-out sofa for more guests. There is also a full kitchen. In 2019, we stayed 39 nights and rented 12 nights which almost covered our fees. We also have an RCI membership and are happy to transfer that over. We bank some of our weeks each year for trade and have enjoyed staying in other resorts for a fraction of the cost. We traded for a wonderful 3-bedroom unit at Smuggler's Notch and were able to have another family join us. Jackson Gore ownership also comes with use of the ski locker year round, memberships at Spring House, and use of the outdoor pool and hot tubs too. There is an owners' lounge and library only accessible to owners. The main common area offers a large fireplace and tavern. There is also a restaurant offering room service. We have enjoyed the outdoor firepit many of the outdoor concerts. It is not an easy decision to sell, but we are ready to pass it along. Owner is a licensed real estate broker.
